Storage Tips for Pickles
The Non-Vegetarian pickles will taste the best till 90 days from the date of manufacturing. Keep the sealed pack in a cool & dark place to retain its texture and flavour. Once opened, it is essential to store our tantalising non-veg pickles in the refrigerator in an airtight container to maintain their freshness and flavour and consume within 15 days from the date of opening the sealed pack.

Store them in a cool, dark place, away from moisture and light, to ensure they stay in perfect condition. When serving, remember to use a dry spoon to scoop out your pickle servings. This simple practice helps prevent any moisture or contaminants from entering the jar, ensuring that each bite of your pickle remains as delightful as the first.
The shelf life of pickles depends on the pickle type and the usage. Veg Pickles like Avakaya, Mavagaya, etc., prepared using oils, usually last for 1 year, the other pickles will last for 6 months when kept away from moisture and in a sealed tight container.
To maintain the freshness and flavour of our aromatic spice powders, it’s essential to transfer the contents into an airtight container. This simple step helps preserve the quality of your powders, ensuring that they retain their bold and authentic tastes. Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to keep them at their best. When serving, always use a dry spoon to scoop out the powders. This practice prevents any moisture or contaminants from entering the container, ensuring that every dish you prepare with our spice powders is infused with the rich and authentic flavours of Andhra cuisine. Best before 6 months from the date of manufacturing.
